Information Security, like many other roles, does have its nuggets of interest amongst the pages of tedium. However, even though we all know that a picture paints a thousand words, it rarely takes more than 10 Powerpoint slides to put a significant portion of your audience to sleep. Or, at least, to have them checking their emails, or the football scores, on their Blackberries or iPhones.

With long experience of presenting in the audience-death slots of conferences, developing security awareness training for clients to present to the terminally disinterested, Idrach have long been aware of the usefulness of pertinent illustrations – especially cartoons, and regularly use them both to illustrate particular points and to re-awaken audience interest. In partnership with a professional cartoonist and graphic designer, we are now offering a range of cartoons and drawing services for use by the security community.
